"Where do I start? I owe quite a lot to a close friend and incredible real estate agent, louise leach. My husband and two daughters and I were bursting at the seam in a house of 12 years that we had outgrown. Louise led us through the process of prepping, beautifying, staging our house, and guiding us around the streets of los angeles in hopes of finding our “dream home”. She did quite a lot of behind the scenes prep work that was beyond the call of duty! She led us around various parts of echo park, silverlake, and eagle rock in the hopes of finding a space that met our various specifications and a seller who’d be willing to take a “contingency on sale”- that is all our equity was held up in our house. If you don’t already know, “contingencies” aren’t the most seductive buyers! It was a rocky road as the market was at an unfriendly stretch and due to our monies being locked up in our house, we fell out of escrow three times, (on the same eagle rock property we were hoping to purchase). Louise was amazing! We found the house that fit us perfectly but closing was going to be difficult. The sellers were strapped for cash and were close to having to do a short sale. They had decided that if we didn’t close before new years, the house would be taken off the market and given to his father to rent. The deadline was tight! There wasn’t any room for any errors or delays. Louise pulled many “rabbits out of the hat”, waved her magic wand, and with a lot of skill, dedication, and persistence helped us close on time. We moved into our new home, nestled in a sweet spot of eagle rock on new years eve. What a way to celebrate! Thanks louise!"
